Okay so I'm Julie 22 years old, last year i lost like 12 lbs, then i kind of stopped once summer came. I'm started my weight loss journey again. My goal is to lose 15lbs, I'm using this to track my diet, exercise, and personal journal. I will weigh my self weekly and update, and take progress photos monthly and post them eeekkkk, depend if I actually have people to report back to that actually care besides myself.
